Job Summary
Seeking a Sales Development Officer to drive sales through advisors and build a strong distribution network.

Key Responsibilities
• Recruit and onboard insurance advisors
• Drive sales through team efforts
• Assist advisors in closing deals
• Conduct regular training sessions
• Monitor sales performance and productivity
• Expand business in assigned territory
• Maintain client relationships

Required Candidate Profile
• Graduation mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to travel locally
