Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY :-
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities through phone calls, emails, and social media channels to identify and engage with potential leads.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Assess lead fit by gathering information on business challenges and needs.
- Engage with prospects to understand their pain points and determine if your companyโs solution can solve their problem.
- Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team with relevant context and insights.
- Maintain detailed records of prospects, activities, and status updates for effective follow-up and pipeline management.
- Provide valuable feedback and insights from prospect interactions to help refine sales strategies.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:-
- Bachelorโs degree Mandatory In Any Stream
- 2 years of experience in field sales or a Marketing field
- Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with prospects.
- Ability to handle rejection and continue prospecting with enthusiasm and energy.
- Capable of understanding customer challenges and articulating how your solution addresses those needs.
- Goal-driven with the ability to meet or exceed targets for meetings booked, leads qualified, and opportunities generated.
