Job Description
Sales Executive
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our Chennai team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and revenue for HR Planning Network, an IT consulting firm with a solid industry presence. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience at the junior level.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit agents from the open market.
- Meet or exceed sales goals through effective agency management.
- Support the training and development of new agents.
- Build strong relationships with agency partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Prepare monthly sales performance reports.
- Conduct field visits to maximize client engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven sales experience with a record of achieving or surpassing targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to identify client needs and present suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated with a focus on results
