Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Executive to generate new business through field activities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role involves direct interaction with clients and regular field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through field sales
- Conduct door-to-door visits, meetings, and presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales
Required Candidate Profile:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel locally and work on the field
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques
