Job Description

The Sales Executive will lead and motivate a sales team, drive strategic initiatives, and expand the agency’s insurance business across multiple market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

– Act as a senior liaison for key clients, handling high-value negotiations and offering tailored insurance solutions.

– Design and implement sales strategies to achieve aggressive targets and business growth.

– Coordinate with underwriting teams to ensure smooth processing of proposals and claims.

Candidate Profile:

– Graduate in any discipline

– Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

– Strong communication and leadership skills

– Preference for local candidates
