Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

– Lead and motivate the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

– Set goals and monitor team performance.

– Develop and implement lead generation strategies.

– Analyze market trends and adjust plans as needed.

– Manage and optimize the sales pipeline.

– Track lead progression and conversion rates.

– Implement and refine sales processes and tools.

– Optimize lead qualification and handling.

– Provide ongoing development and support.

– Prepare reports on team performance and lead results.

– Work with sales, marketing, and other teams.

Candidate Requirement :

– 1+ year experience any sales field

– Education : Graduate

– Age : Between 22 to 38 years
