Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Growth Manager to drive revenue, expand market presence, and lead a team or partner network. Must have 2+ years of sales experience and strong knowledge of the local market.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents or channel partners.

Drive sales growth through effective planning and execution.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Monitor and track team performance against targets and KPIs.

Provide coaching and support to improve productivity.

Conduct regular field visits and market research.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience (insurance, finance, Banking or related industries preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage a team and work independently.

Familiarity with the local market and customer behavior.

Graduation in any discipline.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred:

Local candidates with established network and market knowledge.

Experience in agency/channel development will be an added advantage.
