Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Sales Growth Manager to drive revenue, expand market presence, and lead a team or partner network. Must have 2+ years of sales experience and strong knowledge of the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents or channel partners.

  • Drive sales growth through effective planning and execution.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

  • Monitor and track team performance against targets and KPIs.

  • Provide coaching and support to improve productivity.

  • Conduct regular field visits and market research.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience (insurance, finance, Banking or related industries preferred).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage a team and work independently.

  • Familiarity with the local market and customer behavior.

  • Graduation in any discipline.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred:

  • Local candidates with established network and market knowledge.

  • Experience in agency/channel development will be an added advantage.
