Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead the overall sales function of the company. The role involves planning sales strategies, managing teams, driving revenue growth, and achieving business targets across regions
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the complete sales team
Create and execute sales strategies and plans
Set sales targets and ensure achievement
Manage Area Heads, Sales Managers, and executives
Drive business growth and market expansion
Monitor sales performance and review reports
Work closely with marketing and operations teams
Build strong relationships with key clients and partners
Candidate Requirements:
Graduation completed (mandatory)
MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
5+ years experience in sales leadership roles
Strong team handling and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Result-oriented and strategic mindset
Salary & Benefits:
