Job Description

We are looking for energetic Field Sales Officers to drive sales, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships through direct field activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet potential clients and generate business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Conduct regular follow-ups for closures
  • Maintain accurate sales and visit reports

Requirements:

  • Graduation (Mandatory)
  • 1–3 years of field sales experience (BFSI preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Comfortable with field travel
