Job Description
The Sales Manager work involves driving the development and execution of sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall performance of the team.
ROLES
- Lead and mentor a team of insurance sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Setting and monitoring sales objectives.
- Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and motivational events to improve team performance.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to clients.
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance through regular reporting and performance reviews.
- Assist team members in managing key accounts, resolving complex customer issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with insurance regulations and company policies.
QUALIFICATION
- Any graduate
- Field work
- Age 21-38
- Previous experience in sales mandatory
