Job Description

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to achieve sales objectives.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals aligned with company targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and agents to foster business growth and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, broaden market reach, and manage relationships with existing clients.
Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates on team performance, sales progress, and market conditions to senior management.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and meet regulatory standards.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Graduate (full-time course only).
Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in the BFSI sector, preferably within the insurance industry.
Age: Up to 38 years.
Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler.
Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer needs.
Sales Drive: Passionate about sales with the ability to motivate and lead a team toward achieving targets.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a changing market and fast-paced business environment.

Additional Requirements:
