The Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth in a designated area by recruiting, developing, and leading a team of financial advisors. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring agents are equipped with the tools and motivation to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and motivate financial advisors to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and enhance sales performance.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.
- Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and support to agents to improve performance and productivity.
- Equip agents with the techniques and skills to approach high-value customer segments.
- Monitor agent progress and adjust strategies based on performance analysis to ensure target achievement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must have completed Graduation.
- Minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing in any field.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to guide a team towards success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with agents and clients.
- Ability to analyze market dynamics and adjust tactics to drive growth.
