Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit and train insurance agents
  • Train and motivate agents for business generation
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Support agents in client meetings and closures
  • Build strong relationships with customers and advisors

Skills Required

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Leadership and team coordination ability
  • 2+ years Field sales experience is required
  • Candidate must be local
