Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead a field sales team, grow business in the assigned area, and achieve sales targets. The role includes team handling, planning field activities, and supporting the team on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of field sales executives
Plan daily and monthly field sales activities
Achieve sales targets and business goals
Recruit, train, and motivate team members
Support the team during customer visits and closures
Monitor sales performance and field productivity
Maintain strong customer and partner relationships
Prepare basic sales reports and updates

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation completed (mandatory)
Minimum 2+ years experience in field sales
Team handling experience preferred
Good communication and leadership skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated

Salary & Benefits:
