Job Description
Sales Manager
Your contribution areas
– The key responsibility of this role is to be based out of the allocated channel partner branch and build a strong network with the sales team of the channel partner
– You will be evaluated mainly on your ability to building a continuous interaction with sales team of channel partners and achieving sales targetย through effective sales pitch, prospecting new customers
– You will communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications
– You will be required to meet product mix targets specified as per organizationsโ strategy.
– You are required to support the channel partner pre and post sales (claim settlement etc.).
– Achieve minimum expected sales target on a consistent basis through customer relationship.
– This is field job, which requires extensive travel for your assigned geography and channel partner location.
– You are required to uphold high organizational values in every action and ensure business ethics and integrity.

Life insurance sales and understanding of domain is certainly critical
Education background
Graduate – within the age group of 24- 35 years
Work experience
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience preferably in BFSI/Pharma/FMCG/ Consumer Durables/IT&ITES
* In case of Undergraduate, minimum work experience is 2 years
