Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven candidates for the position of Sales Manager. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and acquire new customers through field sales and open market
• Promote banking and financial products to potential clients
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide proper guidance
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for better service 

Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduation in any stream (Mandatory)
• Freshers can apply
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Interest in sales and customer interaction
