Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, building lasting client relationships, and achieving financial objectives.

Responsibilities:
⦁ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed goals.
⦁ Utilize outreach and networking to identify and engage new customers.
⦁ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
⦁ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, conducting thorough market research as needed.
⦁ Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
⦁ 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
⦁ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
