Position: Sales Officer
Experience: 2+ Years in Sales
Education: Graduation Mandatory
Age: Up to 35 Years
CTC: Up to ₹5.70 LPA + Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field sales and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Explain and promote banking/financial products to customers.
- Conduct regular market visits and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain proper customer records and ensure timely reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Candidates from banking, finance, insurance, or related sales backgrounds are preferred.
