Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and develop a strong team of Agents/Advisors in the assigned area
• Generate business through the team by achieving monthly sales targets
• Provide on-field support and assist team members in closing deals
• Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
• Identify new market opportunities and increase business presence
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / BFSI
• Graduation is compulsory
• Good team handling and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
