Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive responsible for driving business growth through field activities, client acquisition, and achieving assigned targets. The role also involves supporting the recruitment and development of Financial Advisors and business partners.
Responsibilities:
– Generate new business through field sales and market activities
– Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets
– Identify, recruit, and onboard Financial Advisors and potential team leaders
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
– Support advisors with product knowledge, sales guidance, and field assistance
– Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase revenue
– Conduct regular field visits to expand market presence and customer reach
– Assist in monthly and yearly business closing activities
Candidate Profile:
– Experience in Sales & Marketing from BFSI, Insurance, Pharma, Telecom, FMCG, Automobile, Real Estate, or related industries
– Strong communication and relationship management skills
Qualifications & Skills:
– Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing
– Graduation is mandatory
– Local candidates preferred
– Must have an Android-based smartphone
