Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth, manage sales activities, and lead marketing initiatives. The role involves team handling, field sales strategy, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies

  • Manage and guide the sales team to achieve targets

  • Generate new business opportunities through field activities

  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

  • Prepare sales reports and performance analysis

Requirements

  • Graduation mandatory (MBA preferred)

  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience

  • Team handling experience preferred

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
