Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Officer to drive team performance, achieve sales targets, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
  • Set daily and monthly sales goals and monitor progress.
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Support team members in handling customer queries and closing sales.
  • Track sales performance and share regular updates with management.

Eligibility:

  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
