Job Overview:
We are hiring a motivated Sales Officer to promote CASA (Current Account, Savings Account) and other banking products. This role involves achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and contributing to business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers for CASA and other banking products.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets by implementing effective strategies.
  • Provide financial advice tailored to customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends to identify sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Age Range: 22 to 32 years
  • Education: Graduation in any discipline is mandatory
  • Experience: 1 to 4 years in BFSI, CASA sales, or marketing
  • Preference: Candidates from the local area
