Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales officers/executives
  • Drive team performance to achieve business targets
  • Support team in lead generation and deal closures
  • Monitor daily activities and track performance
  • Build strong customer relationships and expand business
  • Train and motivate team members for higher productivity

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales
  • Minimum 1 year of team handling experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Graduation is mandatory
