Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Officer – Team Leader to drive field sales, manage a sales team, and deliver strong business growth.
Key Responsibilities ::
- Lead a team of 5–10 Field Sales Executives
- Daily field visits with team for customer meetings
- Generate leads, conduct sales activities & achieve monthly targets
- Train, motivate & guide the team for performance improvement
- Monitor daily productivity, reporting & pipeline
- Build strong customer relationships
- Ensure smooth sales process & compliance with company policies
Eligibility ::
- Graduation must
- 1–5 years of Field Sales / BFSI Sales experience
- Minimum 6 months of Team Handling experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership & negotiation skills
- Local candidates preferred
