Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and pass them to the sales team for follow-up.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems to ensure accurate records.
- Collaborate with account executives to ensure smooth handoffs and pipeline growth.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and align with the right insurance solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and qualification targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.
