Job Description
Job Summary:
The Sales Team Lead is responsible for guiding and supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the sales team
- Set daily or monthly sales targets
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance
- Support team members in closing sales
- Train and motivate sales executives
- Maintain customer relationships
- Prepare basic sales reports
