Job Description

Role Summary:
Leads and supports a sales team to achieve targets while ensuring daily sales activities run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and motivate the sales team
  • Assign daily targets and track performance
  • Support team members in closing deals
  • Ensure proper reporting and follow-ups
  • Train new team members

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
  • Graduation Completion 
  • Required all semester marksheets.  
  • Preferred local candidate
