Job Description

This role is ideal for candidates actively searching for field sales jobs in puri, Sales Team Lead jobs, or team leader sales roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & manage a small team of field sales executives
  • Handle day-to-day field sales activities in Puri local areas
  • Generate leads, meet customers, and close sales
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Ensure daily field visits & reporting
  • Build strong customer relationships

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in Field Sales / BFSI / FMCG / Any Sales

CTC: ₹3.15 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
