Job Summary:
We are hiring motivated professionals for the role of Sales Team Lead / Sales Executive to drive field sales, support team performance, and contribute to business growth in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business through field sales activities
• Lead and support team members to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Guide clients on suitable insurance solutions
