Job Summary
The role of Associate Sales Officer is to lead and guide the sales team, help achieve targets and ensure smooth sales process.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the sales team on a daily basis.
- Set sales targets and ensure the team meets them.
- Support team members in closing deals and improving performance.
- Track sales performance and report updates to management.
- Train and motivate the team to achieve better results.
- Handle customer issues and assist the team when needed.
 Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1+ Â years of experience in sales.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to do travel in assign area.
