Job Description

TekPillar Services is hiring a Sales Team Leader who will be responsible for handling a sales team, driving business growth, and achieving targets through field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team

  • Achieve team sales targets and business goals

  • Support team in lead generation and customer meetings

  • Monitor performance and provide training / guidance

  • Ensure daily field activity and reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation completed (mandatory)

  • Minimum 2+ years sales experience with team handling

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Field sales experience required

Salary & Benefits:

  • CTC: Up to 4.50 LPA
