Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives
  • Drive team performance to achieve business targets
  • Monitor daily sales activities and provide guidance
  • Generate business through field support and market visits
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Train and motivate the team for better productivity

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience
  • Prior team handling experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Local candidates preferred
