Job Description:
The Sales Team Leader in the Agency Channel is tasked with driving business growth within a designated region. This individual will recruit, train, and manage a team of financial advisors to ensure the achievement of sales objectives. The role requires strategic planning, performance analysis, and leadership to support agents in realizing business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor financial advisors to ensure they are well-equipped to meet set sales targets.
• Formulate and execute strategic plans aimed at achieving business and sales goals in the assigned area.
• Identify emerging business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer demands, and competitive activity.
• Provide continuous coaching and constructive feedback to agents to improve their sales techniques and overall performance.
• Conduct detailed analyses of market dynamics and customer needs to adjust business tactics accordingly.
• Equip agents with advanced techniques and resources to effectively engage high-value customer segments and close sales.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A graduate degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in any field.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team of financial advisors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building and maintaining relationships with both agents and clients.
• A keen understanding of market trends and customer behavior, with the ability to adapt strategies to meet business goals.
