Job Description

Recruit, train, and lead insurance advisors to sell Kotak Life insurance products and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

– Recruit & activate insurance advisors

– Train and motivate the team

– Drive sales and achieve targets

– Maintain client relationships & ensure policy renewals

– Follow compliance and reporting standards

Requirements:

– Min. 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)

– 1-5 years in Sales/Insurance/Finance

– Good communication & leadership skills
