Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

  • Drive new business acquisition and market expansion

  • Monitor team performance and ensure daily productivity

  • Conduct field visits and joint customer meetings with team members

  • Recruit, train, and develop sales executives

  • Prepare daily/weekly performance reports

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales (team handling preferred)

  • Experience in BFSI / Insurance / Banking will be an advantage

  • Graduation mandatory

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Target-oriented approach
