Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader / Sales Officer to manage a small sales team, drive business growth, and achieve sales targets. The role involves field visits, team guidance, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

  • Visit clients and generate new business opportunities

  • Guide team members with training and support

  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure service quality

  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Candidate Requirements:

  • Any graduate

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, team handling preferred

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Local candidates preferred for Pune

  • Target-oriented and self-driven
