Job Description

Job Title: Senior Agency Development Manager

Job Overview

The  is responsible for driving the  Sales Senior Agency Development Manager and growth of the agency channel within a designated region. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through the agency channel. 
  • Recruit new agencies and agents to expand the agency network in the assigned region. 
  • Monitor sales performance of agency partners and agents, ensuring alignment with sales targets 
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key agency partners and clients to drive business growth and retention. 

Desired candidate profile

  • Education: Graduation is mandatory  
  • Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Years Experience in Insurance)  
  • Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years  
  • Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
