Position: Relationship Manager – Direct Channel

Role Overview:

  • Convert company-generated leads into successful sales

  • Provide need-based insurance solutions to customers

  • Conduct meetings and follow-ups independently

  • Ensure smooth policy issuance and customer satisfaction

  • Consistently achieve revenue targets

Eligibility:

  • Graduate (any stream)

  • Experience in direct sales / BFSI preferred

  • Strong negotiation & interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable with field & target-oriented work
