Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and expanding business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Guide and support the sales team to improve performance.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales plans.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation completed in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Field Sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
