Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Agency Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus on identifying, recruiting, and managing insurance agents/agencies to drive business expansion and enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new agencies.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with current agencies to maximize their performance and business outcomes.
– Provide continuous support, training, and guidance to agency partners. Track and analyze sales performance, ensuring agencies meet their targets and objectives.
– Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve promotional efforts and agency engagement.
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
– Graduation is Mandatory.
– 2+ experience in sales or business development.
– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to establish and nurture professional relationships.
– Results-driven with a focus on business growth and profitability.
