Roles and responsibilities: 

  • Team Leadership and Development
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents that excels in performance.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure the team achieves sales targets and key performance metrics.
  • Conduct performance assessments and create development plans.

Required Candidate profile::

  • Age Limit is 24 to 40 Years
  • 2 year experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Should have good Network of people and good reference market
