Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Team Leader who will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, promoting company products/services, and achieving sales targets through field activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit customers and generate new business opportunities
- Promote and explain company products or services to clients
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales deals
- Conduct market visits and identify new sales opportunities
- Maintain sales records and submit activity reports
- Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Strong sales and negotiation ability
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Basic knowledge of sales processes
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation completed (any stream preferred)
- 1–2 years of field sales experience preferred
- Willingness to travel for field work
