Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Team Leader to lead sales activities, plan marketing strategies, and drive overall business growth. The role involves team handling, target achievement, and market expansion.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
  • Plan and implement promotional and marketing campaigns
  • Identify new market opportunities and business channels
  • Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analysis

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation completed (Mandatory)
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Team handling experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Salary Package:

₹2.50 LPA – ₹3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
