Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Team Leader for our Corporate Sales division. The ideal candidate will lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve sales targets, expand business opportunities, and build strong relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of corporate sales executives to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target key corporate clients and industries.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through relationship-building and proactive outreach.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, effective negotiations, and closing of deals.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure the team stays aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, product, and customer service) to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in any sales.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales, manage teams, and exceed targets.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
