Join our dynamic team and grow with us as a Sales & Marketing Manager in the Insurance sector (Agency Channel). We’re seeking driven individuals to lead our sales force and expand our market presence. 

Roles: 

  • Manage Insurance sales goal achievement through
  • Recruiting Team members
  • Training and developing Team on a commission basis
  • Promote & motivate Team
  • Lead and manage a team of insurance agents.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for agents.

Candidate Profile: 

  • Min. 2+ Years Exp. In Field Sales & Marketing  
  • Graduation issue 
  • Age:21 To 38 years  
  • Fix CTC + incentive + Other Benefits
