Job Description
Dynamic Sales & Marketing professional needed to drive growth through open market sourcing, client relationship building, and team development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through open market activities
- Build and manage a team of sales professionals
- Train, motivate, and guide the team to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
Criteria:
- Graduate in any stream
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Local market knowledge is an added advantage
