Job Description:
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all sales activities within a designated region or territory. This role involves managing sales operations, developing local market strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the specific needs of the territory.
  • Manage and guide a team of sales representatives to ensure the achievement of regional sales targets.
  • Establish relationships with key accounts and stakeholders in the territory.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet goals.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity within the region to stay competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on territory or regional management.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a competitive environment.
  • Analytical skills to track and interpret sales data.
