The Territory Sales Manager oversees business growth in an assigned area by managing and strengthening a team of capable agents.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and equip agents to drive success in the assigned area.
  • Plan and execute strategies to improve agent output and achieve sales targets.
  • Deliver ongoing coaching, feedback, and leadership to optimize agent performance.
  • Observe market trends and competitor moves to identify growth prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support agentsโ€™ sales initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with company rules and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in any field.
  • 3-9 years of experience in sales or business development, insurance preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and lead teams successfully.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Competence in data analysis and strategic planning.
