Position : Territory Sales Manager – Retail Sales
Location : Asansol, West Bengal
Salary : 3.15 LPA + Monthly Incentives
Type : Full Time | Field Based
Joining : Every Monday

What This Role Looks Like :
You will cover Asansol daily through field visits. You will build your own customer network through cold visits, referrals and personal contacts. You will pitch products clearly, follow up consistently and close sales. You will submit daily reports and work toward your monthly target every single week.

Who We Are Looking For :
Graduate from any stream. Minimum 2 years of field sales experience. Must be currently based in Asansol — non negotiable. Any sales industry background accepted. Strong Bengali or Hindi communication skills.
